How it works
Running an incident
As soon as you have been notified of an incident you can activate CLEM. You simply select the plans that are relevant for that incident, allocate the roles that plans contains and activate the incident. All your relevant users are instantly notified and as soon as they log-in they accept the relevant role and immediately see their own list of tasks to be completed. As soon as a task is completed it is updated across all users. If a member of your team is unable to complete a task, or is becoming overloaded with too much work, tasks can be flagged for further attention or re-allocated to other users with spare capacity.
You can view summary information and a running commentary on how the incident is progressing, either as a whole or on an individual user basis.
Once all the tasks have been completed, or the incident has been resolved, you can close the incident and all the relevant users are notified.
Analysing an incident
Once an incident has been resolved you can audit the incident to make sure the plans you used were effective and look at the performance of the whole team, or on an individual basis. Changes can then be made to plans to make sure performance is optimised in the future.
