Ease of use is at the heart of the CLEM system. It has been designed so that users do not need extensive training, and that even first time users can quickly become proficient. Plans can be updated by any authorised user, and once a plan is updated it is automatically updated across all users – even if they work in a different location. We can customise CLEM for any specific requirements you my have.
Incident management
Allows you to allocate and keep up to date all of the plans and associated tasks and assign those to the relevant roles in the event of an incident. Once an incident is activated roles can be assigned to the people available. This means that people only work on the tasks that are relevant to them.
Status board
Allows you to see the whole incident at a glance, and get a running commentary as tasks are updated or completed. Provides senior management with a a statistical overview and running commentary of the incident.
Audit and reports
All entries into the system are securely recorded and combine to form a complete audit trail for post incident analysis. Audit logs can be generated for the whole incident, or for individual users, and can exported for further analysis.
Document library
Provides a central resource of information to support plans and tasks, allowing documents, contacts and images to be uploaded and stored in the system. Once information is added into the system it is shared across all logged in users.
Virtual whiteboard
A shared space where all users may write on a “whiteboard” with all changes visible to all users.
Notifications and communications
Allows users to be notified that and incident has been activated, and allows users to communicate witheach other either individually, or groups during an incident. You can communicate via email, SMS and instant messaging.
Networking
Enables you to use CLEM on or off site with access to the same level of information as if you were in the office. Allows users from other agencies to participate directly in the incident either as a “read only” or actively contribute. The system operates as a desktop application that is networked, this means that you can still work with CLEM even if no network is available. As soon as a network become available all updates are shared across all users.
System administration
CLEM operates through an encrypted network, enabling secure access. Users must log in to access any content, and permissions range from ready only to system administration. New users can be set up, and permissions can be revoked as appropriate.
